Small Works 2023 Call for Submissions

The Ministry of Casual Living is delighted to be accepting submissions for our Small Works Exhibition and Sale 2023 Opening Day Dec 9th 2pm-8pm alongside our Ministry Mini Market and Rockslide Gallery’s Holiday Market.
Deadline for submissions Saturday November 25th Midnight

Accepting 2D and 3D submissions
Limit of seven submissions per artist
Price of art to be capped at $100
Works no larger than 12"x12"
10% MoCL commission on sold works
Please email [email protected] with the following information to start the process!
Introduce yourself! include a short bio
Please attach a photo of each work you are intending to submit (up to seven submissions)
Please include the following information for every piece submitted:
1. File Name
2. Title
3. Medium
4. Size
5. Price
Example: Miller01, Starry Nights, Oil, 11x11, $50
If you have a social media or website, please include this information in your email so we can promote you!
Please drop off your art at The Ministry of Casual Living at the 750 Fairfield entrance on the following dates during the following times:
November 25 12pm-5pm
November 26 12pm-5pm
November 27 5pm-7pm
More dates TBA
If you are creating new art for the Small Works show and haven't completed the work by November 20th, please indicate that in your email and a short description of your intended submission and choose a drop off date that works for you, We are flexible!
