Sylvie Ringer ( works on paper, publications )
& Jenni Schine ( Sound )

Sylvie Ringer, the current artist in residence of the Bonnie McComb Kreye Studio Residency, will be showing her current work and latest publications, which investigate the power of sites with historical or mystical significance. She is drawn to situations and atmospheres that evoke the subconscious and play with symbolism, blurring lines between the light and the dark. A landscape as a state of mind, as alchemy.

She will be collaborating with Victoria-based sound artist, researcher, and storyteller Jenni Schine, who will react by contributing sound in response to the works.
