Eira-Shay Barker-Hart : Creative Space : a PedalBox production

Wed. October 22nd 2014
@  Fernwood etc.
12pm - 630pm
Come One! Come all! To observe and create! There will be a blank 5ft by 10ft canvas which needs filling. It's purpose? -To answer the question "WHAT DOES CREATIVE/COLLABORATIVE SPACE LOOK LIKE?"

Come equipped with your favourite art supplies (although there will be some tools provided). Let's see all different mediums; markers, wheat paste, stickers, spray paint, acrylic and what ever else you wish to work with.

It is my belief that creativity is what makes a community happy. That creation energy transferred into an artistic form strengthens our connection to one another. So lets play!

In the words of Hundertwasser
"A person in a rented apartment must be able to lean out of his window and scrape off the masonry within arm's reach. And he must be allowed to take a long brush and paint everything outside within arm's reach. So that it will be visible from afar to everyone in the street that someone lives there who is different from the imprisoned, enslaved, standardized man who lives next door."

for the day let's own our space
