ALL DAY>ALL NIGHT>ALL THE TIME
Sarah is a multi-media artist currently living in Victoria. Her works span a variety of forms including painting, video art, and new media installations. The majority of her work explores themes relating to colour, light, abstraction, and surrealism. Through the use of sound and moving image, she is constantly experimenting with new ways to create immersive audiovisual environments that captivate the viewer.

When painting, Sarah’s process strongly reflects on spontaneity and improvisation. She uses this to escape from the anxiety-ridden decision-making that one may face during the process of art making. 777 is an expression—not an illustration— of the innate; it explores the juxtaposition of creative paralysis and creative impulse. Without overanalyzing any decisions, the piece was created entirely in one session, where nothing is an accident.
