Slip inside the eye of your mind. An ode to past localities arranged in a way to anesticise and enthrall. The clock on the wall shakes its head "no." And here we go—
Time travelling down the train tracks, past walls of graffiti and rotting fruit. Across bridges that span years, and through fences that mark milestones.
Do you remember when the garage door would pull up all the way and the bent nail would tink-tink-tink on the chain like a rusty windchime? Do you remember how dark the streets were at night? Classic cars creeping by with their headlights off. Mice slipping between chairlegs and darting into tool cribs.
Now you are here, haunted by new ghosts and a list of rules. Sit down and tell your story to the fresh paint as you wait for new memories to slowly fade away.
